End User Computing
HCL’s End User Computing services are delivered out of an ISO 9002, BS 7799 (Global Security Standard) Operations Management Center (OMC) from India. It provides a vital day-to-day single point of contact for infrastructure services between Customers, Users, IT services and Third-party Support Organizations. The objective is to facilitate the restoration of normal operations with minimal business impact on the Customer and within agreed service levels. HCL has created a service offering which can help remove some of the complexity involved in catering to end-user needs and reduce costs. This is done with our extensive experience and strong capabilities
- Provides Desktop and Helpdesk services to more than 16 Global customers through our Remote Infrastructure Management services
- We support over 300,000 desktops worldwide for our global customers and handle 250,000 IT Helpdesk calls per month
- Leverage best practices from its Center of Excellence for various Products like - Microsoft platforms
- Matching and exceeding desired service levels
- Effectively communicating the value of service provided to end users
- Forming a strategic partnership with customer to provide consulting for future technology migrations/refresh ensuring alignment of IT with business objectives at all times
