Creating a workplace where Employees are able to Deliver their best work
This research report by the Management Innovation Lab & London Business School takes an employee-centered approach to management. It starts with the view that management is about "seeing the world through the eyes of the employee". The report has identified some useful ways of monitoring, measuring, and ultimately improving the management systems of large organizations.
Excerpts from the Report –

These are the key factors - among many others- that come out consistently in our analysis as the most important reasons why employees would recommend their line manager to others."
