What is the dress code?

There will be team building activities so be prepared to get down and dirty. You will need some comfortable clothing which you can move around in. Walking shoes, sunblock and sunglasses is highly recommended.
For the meetings and presentations, please be dressed in smart casual.

Do I need to register myself at the event?

Yes. There will be a registration desk next to the concierge on the 7th March where you will need to sign in to pick up your name tag and T-shirt. Should you arrive after the day’s activities, there will be a registration desk outside the meeting rooms on the 8th of March.


Travelling to Bali

When must I arrive in Bali?

Please make your travel plans and arrive by 12 noon on the 7th of March

When must I depart Bali?

You may plan for your departure after 3pm on the 10th of March

Do I have to plan for my own accommodation?

No. Accommodation plans have been taken care of by the central team from the 7th – 10th March. The rooms will be on a Twin Sharing basis. To ensure a smoother and quick check-in, please provide a scanned copy of your passport to your SPOC.

For drop-off at the airport, please be at the hotel reception 2 hours prior to your flight’s departure time.

Can I arrive before the 7th of March?

Hotel rooms are blocked from the 7th of March, 1400hrs to 10th March, 1300hrs. If you’d like to arrive earlier, please make your own arrangements with the hotel subject to availability. Room rates are USD 175 per night. This will be considered as an additional expense which would be borne by you.

Can I leave on the 11th of March?

Which Cost Centre Code should I charge my TAS to?

Please use your own (default) cost centre code.

Do I need a Visa?

You do not need a visa if you are a national from the following countries and territories:

  1. Brunei Darussalam
  2. Chile
  3. Hong Kong SAR
  4. Macao SAR
  5. Malaysia
  6. Morocco
  7. Peru
  8. Philippines
  9. Thailand
  10. Vietnam
  11. Singapore

Nationalities from other countries and regions not listed above will need to obtain a Visa on Arrival.

Majority of participants are Indian Nationals and will need to obtain the Visa on Arrival.  Only your passport and application fee is required for taking the Visa on Arrival.

Visa on Arrival can be obtained directly when you arrive at major airports and seaports in Indonesia. A 30-day visa is USD$25 which can be claimed from ECS. Please note that regardless of your nationality, your passport must be valid for a minimal of 6 (six) months from the date of entry into Indonesia and an onward or return ticket is compulsory.

Other nationals that not granted with neither Visa on Arrival or Visa Free from Indonesia government may apply for tourist visa at Indonesia embassy in your current country of residence.

Is there airport tax?

Yes. IDR 150,000 is to be paid at the airport on departure.

How will I get to InterContinental Bali Resort?

Based on your TAS and flight details provided to your SPOCs, the central team will arrange for pick-up at your arrival and drop-off for your departure. Please provide your arrival and departure times to your SPOCs. If this is not provided, transport will not be arranged for you. Note that if you are making your own transfer plans, you are not eligible to claim any costs incurred from this from the company.
