HCL’s Solution
HCL developed a tool to help manage variability among individual supply chain processes to minimize total cost across the entire supply chain network prototype to be built on a virtual supply chain network for inbound logistics. This included intuitive information visualization for sharing information with decision makers. HCL helped the customer in conceptualizing, design and implement planning logistics, what-if analysis and control reports.
