HCL Technologies and VMware enter into next level of Strategic Alliance
HCL Technologies and VMware have extended their strategic alliance and have partnered under the System Integrator & Outsourcer (SI&O) & vCloud Program.
The latest Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) encompasses vast VMware product portfolio that caters to all IT transformation and business agility needs, being driven by cloud computing. The previous ELA between HCL Technologies and VMware enabled access to vSphere Enterprise/ Enterprise Plus, VMotion, DRS, DPM, and HA among others.
HCL has signed an engagement with Xerox for end-to-end product engineering services
HCL technologies entered into a partnership with Xerox for end-to-end product engineering services. This partnership aims to help Xerox strengthen its global engineering operations and continue to innovate in the product development operations leveraging HCL’s core engineering services strengths.
As part of the partnership, few hundred of Xerox employees from five global locations across US & Europe will join HCL and strengthen our global delivery capability in system and software engineering. The in-coming team brings technology capabilities in complex system development, technology focus areas like Imaging, control system design and high speed data management systems etc. The HCL team will be investing in significant trainings, infrastructure, processes and tools – that will also help our global customers.
Epicor and HCL Technologies Sign Long-term Strategic Partnership
Epicor Software Corporation, a global leader in business software solutions for manufacturing, distribution, retail and services organizations and HCL Technologies Limited (HCL), a leading global IT services provider, announced a services partnership to meet the growing demand for the award-winning next-generation Epicor 9 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) suite. The partnership expands HCL's presence in the broader mid-market segment while bringing effective global implementation and services capabilities to Epicor's existing and new ERP suite customers.
Under this partnership, HCL will expand the overall Epicor® services capacity, helping meet the demand for services and speeding the implementation for Epicor's ERP customers. The demand for implementation services is strong with close to 400 customers worldwide live on Epicor 9 ERP and a further 1,500 projects in process having been shipped to more than 2,100 businesses in 60 countries, including shipments to over 900 new customers.
Dex One and HCL Technologies to optimize digital platform development
Dex One Corporation, a leading marketing solutions provider, announced plans to energize its digital operations and optimize the development of digital solutions by partnering with HCL Technologies. The initiative is part of Dex One’s strategic plan to accelerate delivery of new digital offerings while reducing operational costs.

HCL Technologies Ltd. has entered into a partnership with Trintech, a leading financial software provider. HCL will leverage Trintech’s ‘Last Mile of Finance’ platform to deliver cost reduction and process improvement capabilities for its customers.
Trintech offers a robust web-based platform on which HCL can transform its clients’ R2R processes. By leveraging Trintech’s ‘Last Mile of Finance’ platform, HCL will provide clients with complete, real-time visibility across multiple ERPs and disparate legacy systems. The Trintech platform enables HCL to automate clients’ reconciliations and streamline the entire financial close process to ensure compliance, improved cycle times and reduced costs.

Eli Lilly and HCL announce unique collaboration to change new ideas to reality
Eli Lilly, a global pharmaceutical corporation and HCL Technologies Ltd. announced the opening of a Co-Innovation Lab in Singapore for developing novel technologies and improve operational efficiencies to enhance Eli Lilly’s global competitiveness.
This unique collaboration, the first globally for both companies, will accelerate the process of bringing ideas to fruition by leveraging this Co-Innovation Lab and HCL’s wider collaborative ecosystem, using new disruptive technologies and solutions, and through rapid development of Proof of Concept (PoC).

HCL becomes first global IT services company to Join Advanced Message Queuing Protocol (AMQP) Working Group
HCL Technologies Ltd. has been selected to join the Advanced Message Queuing Protocol (AMQP) working group, which is dedicated to the development of an open standard application layer protocol for message-oriented Middleware.
As the only IT services provider among the AMQP working group, HCL will work with other members to provide guidance in developing an industry standard for ubiquitous messaging and drive interoperability among disparate messaging systems. Members of the AMQP working group include Cisco, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Boerse Systems, The Goldman Sachs Group Inc., iMatix Corporation, J.P. Morgan, Novell, Rabbit Technologies Ltd., and Red Hat Inc.
