• Manage all solutions activity in the risk and data management solutions area.
• Plan and structure solution landscape.

Job description:
The incumbent for this position will be responsible for release management service delivery for CS IT applications. Review the risk impact analysis on IT Infrastructure Projects to monitor efficiency. Ensure timing of planned implementations does not conflict with other planned changes or events. Ensure the Change Management Process is being followed as per the process workflows defined. Define standardized procedure for planning and executing production changes. Table all RFCs for a CAB meeting, issue an agenda and circulate all RFCs to CAB members in advance of meetings to allow prior consideration. Produce periodic MIS reports. Oversee all activities of the Release Management process throughout the Release life cycle till RFC closure. Decide which of the requests for change that have been collected for CAB review. Define SLA's external vendors.
