Job description:
The incumbent for this position will be responsible for release management service delivery for CS IT applications. Review the risk impact analysis on IT Infrastructure Projects to monitor efficiency. Ensure timing of planned implementations does not conflict with other planned changes or events. Ensure the Change Management Process is being followed as per the process workflows defined. Define standardized procedure for planning and executing production changes. Table all RFCs for a CAB meeting, issue an agenda and circulate all RFCs to CAB members in advance of meetings to allow prior consideration. Produce periodic MIS reports. Oversee all activities of the Release Management process throughout the Release life cycle till RFC closure. Decide which of the requests for change that have been collected for CAB review. Define SLA's external vendors.

• BA will be the main point of contact for the Client to translate their vision into reality at HCL
• Should have a in-depth knowledge of feed handing systems
• Should have good Knowledge on Data Management, Data Quality and Data Governance
• Should have knowledge on Different Asset Class like Equity, Fixed Income, Asset Management
• Should have Good Working knowledge on SQL
• Understand Data Modeling concepts like Physical and Logical Data Model
• Good Understanding on Business Meta data management and preparing Business Data Dictionary
• Day to Day activities will involve understanding the Business Requirements, Clarifying the same with Key Product Managers and Business folks (Mainly Risk Management) at TR
• Come up with Functional Documentation and review the same with TR Product Managers
• Communicate the Functional Spec to the HCL Team and work with the PM to determine the plan and deliverables and communicate the same to TR
• Work closely with the Enterprise Platform Group (Pre-Trade, Trade, Post Trade platform for Risk and Middle Office at TR) to ensure that the work that HCL is doing is in sync with the Enterprise Platform Roadmap
• Master Degree in Finance would be preferred

• Experience in working in IT services projects, performing the business analyst role
• Needs to have mortgage experience
• Ability to convert the user specifications to the technical specifications
• Ability to interact with peer group across Group IT CIO, EAD, ADM etc to ensure effective working relationships and project and shakes
• Able to work with ambiguity to derive clear programme or project objectives and requirements
• Ability to operate and influence in a diverse stakeholder environment
• ISEB or similar qualifications
• Should be a Graduate or Post graduates in any stream. computer science MBAs are preferred
