HCL SOA Vision
HCL aims to seamlessly integrate business process and the underlying applications to facilitate real time information sharing and create a nimble Enterprise which successfully blends IT reuse and agility. This vision entails a 5 stage process beginning with implementation and development of applications to automate homogenous business processes. Stage 2 and 3 is about Integration of heterogeneous business process using SOA and EAI. While stage 4 is creation self improving and continuously optimizing business processes. Finally the 5th stage entails creation of real time information sharing mechanisms using Business intelligence and Business activity monitoring.

At HCL we have provided services to over 100 customers in their journey from mass production to mass customization. The services are classified into 3 key areas of Integration namely – EAI, EDI and SOA Driven Integration. Delivery of these services is aided by the focus and direction of the practice towards business process integration.
