HCL is aligning itself with Oracle in its vision to add the products of BEA into its fusion middleware stack. Hence HCL has integrated its centers of excellence around Oracle Fusion Middleware and BEA. This integrated center of excellence will accelerate adoption and implementation of Aqua Logic BPM and Service Bus for global 2000 enterprises in the financial services, telecommunications and manufacturing industries. This Integrated Oracle Fusion Middleware Center of Excellence also focuses on sustenance and migration of Web Logic products into the integrated Fusion Middleware platform for end customers/ enterprises.

This Integrated Centre of Excellence has its foundation on the HCL's ability to provide service around the BEA, Oracle IDM & fusion middleware product suites, these services can be leveraged by global 2000 enterprises to accelerate adoption of SOA and BPM. HCL's integrated fusion middleware center of excellence provides the following key services:

• Consulting & Evangelism Services: A pool of high-end architects and consultants guide users on their SOA and BPM journey using Aqua Logic (ALBPM & ALSB) Fusion Middleware. HCL's SOA workshops help customers chart their SOA & BPM journey.
• On-Boarding Kit: An on-boarding kit contains best in class methodologies, solutions and frameworks such as HCL's iCoE (SOA competency center set up methodology), xFIT (HCL's SOA test automation framework) and ProcessWatch (Process monitoring solution based on event driven programming), enabling customers to start and/ or accelerate their BPM & SOA journey. The on-boarding kit also contains a pre-packaged service to enable SOA Governance at global 2000 enterprises. This service will allow customers to quickly create the right model and accelerate policy adoption, selection of tools and development methodologies for enterprise-wide SOA adoption and implementation.
• Industry - Specific Solutions: Off-the-shelf solutions designed for specific industry segments including Financial Services and Telecom (BPM as a shared service) and Life sciences/ Pharmaceuticals (ePedigree) allow customers to use tried and tested implementation models for BPM and SOA tailored to their vertical needs.
