Oracle acquired Hyperion, a leading provider of performance management software. This extends Oracle's business intelligence capabilities to offer the most comprehensive system for enterprise performance management even as customers are increasingly using performance management and business intelligence together. Today's enterprises feel the acute need for all-encompassing BI solutions to help them make crucial business decisions. These primary business drivers include - financial consolidation; financial, statutory and management reporting; budgeting, planning and forecasting; profitability modeling and optimization; and dashboard and scorecard applications.

HCL has experience in managing complex Hyperion engagements, working closely with Oracle on various customer-focused assignments, leading to best of breed solutions with value add for clients.
