• The use of experienced consultants with considerable depth of industry, systems integration, and packaged ERP knowledge and skills

• Structured project Preparation and Mobilization. A complete suite of tools necessary to execute the project is delivered during the Project Pre-implementation and Preparation Phase

• Early transfer of software knowledge and skills to the Client Project Team. This training, delivered by HCL experts, includes client team members learning hands-on system configuration and development work

• Minimal modifications of the relevant software. The best way to avoid unnecessary modifications is thorough knowledge of the software capabilities and innovative and creative ways to configure standard functionality
