Microsoft Business Partners – Microsoft wanted to provide an off-the-shelf Microsoft CRM Version 3.0 based solution, with necessary customizations to suit their business to their partners whose typical size is 20 resources, either part time or full time employees. Business Partners sells Microsoft Products and Services in their respective area, across USA, Microsoft aims to provide ‘off the shelf’ customized product to 7000 such partners in USA.
