The customer is a leading transportation company providing mass rapid transit service
Scope of Work- As a system integrator the scope of HCL work included:
- Supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of an integrated CMMS system
- Integration of the CMMS system with existing specialist systems
Solution
The solution is based on SAP R/3 application version 4.6C. The Materials Management, Plant Maintenance, Human Resources, and Financials and Controlling modules of SAP R/3 were used to architect the solution on a HP 9000 RISC/Unix platform providing 1800 users access to the system through a high-speed network.
