Customer Need
To ensure that a diverse workforce, distributed over multiple locations accepts a significant change in work process, roles and responsibilities as is customary with a large ERP changeover.
Solution
HCL implemented a Planning for Change engagement as part of the scoping and assessment study. This study includes the use of senior executive interviews and process knowledge to deliver Change sizing, Change Strategy, Change Readiness Assessment and Change Management Plan.
Value Delivered
HCL created a four stage change management plan to accompany the ERP planning and implementation effort. This plan will serve as an accelerator template and roadmap for the customer during implementation. Our study also identified the areas of the organization that require strengthening for successful change.
