The customer had acquired 4 significant multi-million dollar operations during a thirteen month period and was facing huge challenges in incorporating operations, products, and customer base of acquisition Partners. Also there were numerous challenges to R&D, Sales and Management practices on both organizational and product levels.
Solution
HCL defined the "IT Strategy" by analyzing the existing business strategy, drivers, IT applications, processes & challenges and had the following deliverables
- Provided a consolidated IT strategy, including a framework for scalable dynamic architecture
