Transforming Planning & Forecasting at Zurich North America with SAP BPC

Zurich NA went live on August 1, 2011 with a comprehensive planning and forecasting system utilizing SAP BPC 7.5 NW. Zurich NA partnered with HCL Enterprise Application Services to implement a very complex and dynamic solution, including premium, expense, staffing, actuarial losses, and full P&L planning. The implementation was completed in less than seven months from the first design kickoff meeting (on-time and under-budget). Zurich NA used SAP BPC to replace an Excel-based system and create an environment where less time is spent manipulating raw data and more time is spent analyzing the numbers across the entire North American organization.
