Business Process Re-engineering
HCL's Business Transformation Group (BTG), comprising of business analysts, Six–Sigma specialists, Quality and process transformation specialists. BTG is responsible for driving the Operations Processes towards achieving the higher quality standards. BTG plays a key role in establishing and embedding quality processes into the operations from the time a Process enters the operations phase. BTG leads the Six-Sigma initiatives for BPO and is responsible for Training people for creating Yellow Belts, Green Belts & Master Black belts and undertakes Business Process Re-engineering tasks for several processes.
