HCL - e-Payment Bridge

HCL's e-Payment Bridge is a leading-edge card payment gateway technology solution targeted at enabling banks provide value-added services to their corporate and retail clientele, engaged either in e-businesses or in institutions/ corporates (such as universities and utility companies) accepting e-payments to facilitate students/customers. This payment gateway technology solution enables a secure, real-time, online payment bridge between the merchant's customer and the acquiring bank's back-end systems.

The product is built on a hub-and-spoke model, and features:

  • Hub: merchant management, hub user management, transaction management, hold, refund, settlement rules, bulletin board, broadcast, risk management, reports, key management.
  • Spoke: spoke user management, transaction management (VPOS, credit card, direct debit, and recurring payments), bulk file upload, and reports.

The product supports advanced fraud and risk control and other enabling features.
