Through our focus on this micro vertical, at HCL, we offer design development, implementation, and integration of Branch Automation Systems, online banking applications, ATMs and Mobile Banking Systems. Under branch, we further focus on multi-channel delivery platform for management of interfaces with back-office and enterprise bank systems and delivery of functionality to customer touch points. Under Online, this micro-vertical also focuses on development and enhancement of online securities trading applications. Under ATM, we focus on development of Electronic Security System (hardware, software, and firmware), Web enablement of ATMs, Facility Management, and Disaster Management Services. Integration of Mobile-banking Applications with ATM/Internet channels will also be part of this micro-vertical.
