Providing DBA support for project Portfolio accounting management. DBA support is envisaged to resolve all the production related critical/ routine issue and provide high end resolution to clients, end user and Production support Team, for all applications jobs i.e. run against CPP (Consolidate Portfolio Position), CRD (Charles River Database) and PAM Accounting management applications of Production & QA environments.

  • Help Prod support in order to resolve the issue of databases and to meet their SLAs
  • Writing, creating and managing all Documentation related to task performed daily, DBA Check list, DBA run Book and AIG-GIG Project applications information related to all process (CPP, CRD, PAM, ITI and GPS)
  • Continuous support with DBArtisian & TOAD
  • Schedule & write Unix shell scripts for database Jobs
