Approach
A mix of onsite and offshore approach was followed. Instead of going for a big bang approach of transitioning all the products at one go, a phaseapproach of transitioning the products was adopted
- Cost Reduction - Customer achieved cost reduction within first six months of the start of relationship
- The major successes achieved as part of the relationship in one or more products or solutions are:
- Increased Availability: Re-architecting and re-designing the product wherever necessary to achieve the target of near zero downtime in key products.
- Security: An extensible security framework was built to provide content security.
- Integration: Specific focus was put in to ensure a seamless integration with other systems as well as improving the intra-product suite compatibility.
- Manageability: Advanced monitoring features were built into the product to allow for remote monitoring of the systems. A sophisticated user privilege management system was provided.
