The customer is a leading Fortune 200 P&C insurer in North America, offering a wide range of products in P&C and life insurance, besides operating a large retail bank, credit union and investment services.

The customer has two data warehouse applications. One for maintaining the history of underwriting data and provide useful information to the underwriters and users of actuarial services. A second warehouse was an enterprise needs based sales and service system. These were running on old platforms that were increasingly becoming expensive to operate. The customer wanted to move these important applications to a newer platform.
