Perspective Meggitt and HCL - Partnership for the Long Haul - IDC Report
This IDC Manufacturing Insights Perspective describes the partnership between Meggitt PLC and HCL Technologies in outsourcing engineering services. Meggitt selected HCL Technologies as a partner to outsource select engineering activities for five years and now, in the third year, HCL is performing about 25% of all engineering activities at Meggitt. It sees HCL's role not only in executing on the statements of work but also in contributing and adding value, such as, suggesting ideas for design improvements.
