Service Offerings
Transforming R&D
At the epicenter of an ISV’s growth engine is its R&D capability. To complement
these capabilities and ensure that R&D budgets are optimally utilized, HCL uses
its product engineering capabilities to align several offerings towards transforming
the R&D operations of an ISV.
Integrated
Product Lifecycle Services
HCL due to its Engineering DNA is well placed to offer Integrated Product Lifecycle
services to ISVs. For every service, HCL has introduced the same engineering rigor,
methodologies and discipline as is applicable for any other engineering client.

On Demand

and load balancing, Firewall testing etc.
- Access to vast pool of specialized testing resources
- Test product remotely with in-house testing team using lab-on-rent model

Global
Risk Reward Partnership (GRRP)
At HCL, we believe that if we share profit, we should also share risk and this
is the guiding philosophy of HCL’s Global Risk Reward Partnership (GRRP) model.
This ensures that HCL has an equal skin in the game and guarantees that engagement
brings in winning results for both companies. Such models are highly aligned to
the product success and so are HCL revenues from such engagements.
