Desired skills	QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must have experience in creating reports and dashboards using Business Objects. Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Consumer or Animal Health areas is a plus. Candidates must be an innovative, collaborative team player. Ideal candidate will have a BS/MS degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 7+ years experience in BI development, and 5+ years experience with Business Objects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with Global Development Leads and Solutions Design Team to understand Business Requirements and design BI Reports and Dashboards to fully meet requirements, ensuring adherence to development standards and Best Practices
Create Technical Report Design specifications per the GDM BI Team’s standards. Reuse existing capabilities where applicable
Review technical design with GDM Global and APAC Leads, Solutions Engineering team to ensure overall agreement on approach and business requirements are met. Collaborate with Regional and Global Leads to ensure consistency of solutions globally
Manage and participate in the development of Business Objects Reports and Dashboards as per specifications.
Ensure that all unit tests and peer reviews have been completed to ensure high quality of deliverables
Ensure appropriate utilization of Development Resources
Utilize development tracking and status tools to communicate overall progress to project PMs and Global Leads
Collaborate with ETL team throughout SLC to ensure ETL solutions support Reporting and Analytic requirements
Ensure seamless transition of BI development and enhancements to operations
Document/Updates to Work Instructions and System Documentation as needed
Must be a highly collaborative and team player with an eye towards overall team success
