To work on Application Development.
Enhancements & Level 3 Support for the applications.
Planning, Technical analysis and design.
Application build and unit testing.
Software configuration, Implementation services (deployment, documentation, data conversion, production turnover).
Quality Control (peer reviews) and Quality Assurance (Unit Testing, UAT support, etc).
