1.Mandatory Skills– 1. ITIL V3 certification in the last 3 years
2.Good exposure of Key ITIL processes like Incident Management, Problem Management, Release & Change Management.
3. Managing team sizes between 25 – 50 across multiple locations.
4. Experience in setting up and base lining ITIL process, SLA Metrics, KPI.
5. Hands on experience of ITSM Tools and processes
6. Good analytical and trouble shooting skills
7. Excellent communication skills Good to have -
8. Experience in managing diverse teams.
9. Knowledge of Enterprise Application Support. – ERP, non ERP, Web and Integration Technologies
10. Must have pioneered any ITIL two processes in the last 2 years.
11. 2 – 4 yrs of experience in US, Europe in the last 8 years.
