Job Description


• At least 4+ years of experience with Lean implementation expertise (preferably handled initiatives in BFSI vertical/ Transactional KPO/BPO processes)

• Is a recognized Lean Six Sigma expert (ASQ certified Green Belt will be ideal)

• Bachelor/Master’s degree from an accredited university or college

• Candidate should have hands on 2-3 year experience on monitoring process quality, error analysis, root cause identification

• Knowledge of Advance Excel (will be preferred)
