• Professional licensure and certification - Our services here span the entire gamut of activities associated with professional testing, right from the exam module, structure for the tutorials, the testing center, personnel required and candidate registration, to reviewing schedules and test scores and finally collating the results and sending it to the customer
• Data reporting and analytics educational assessments - HCL has been closely associated with assessments for educational institutions in the areas of practice diagnostics, test publishing and delivery, test analytics and reporting and test assessments for students
• Workforce development - In this area, HCL has been providing a high performance hiring automation system based on an ASP model to a large retailer. This also includes supporting the entire hiring value chain right from pre-screening on multiple media (Web, IVR, and Kiosks) to assessment (covering integrity, sales, service dimensions), evaluation covering interview, background check, social or drug behaviors, selection and on-boarding, new applicant, form filling, automation, and joining formalities

HCL enables a mutually collaborative environment of synchronous and asynchronous learning, through virtual classrooms, virtual learning environments (VLE) and web conferencing.

Virtual classrooms comprise of an online "learning place" in which a course can be virtually experienced. An instructor, or avatar, facilitates the assimilation of learning of students, with the option of multiple participants being able to collaborate in the learning event. This is enabled through conferencing, forums and chat rooms.

Web conferencing comprises of real-time meeting and content delivery through a remote screen and application sharing. Learning is enhanced through group document markups with electronic white-boarding and a human element introduced by audio and video interactions.

Integration of e-Learning technologies between the LMS and other lines-of-business and packaged applications, such as customer service, sales, claims processing, HR and financial management is emerging as a critical need.
