HCL BPO's Rahul Singh hopes to mirror revenues from IT

Rahul singh is easily one of the most low profile and retiring among the pioneers of the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. He set up Citigroup's back office operations as an independent processing company, eServe Internation, two years after General Electric set up GECIS, the business unit that eventually went on to become Genpact, but is relatively less known compared to peers such as Pramod Bhasin & Raman Roy.
