HCL’s Solution
HCL developed an application, which supported the following functionalities:
- It helps in preparing a roster for each employee one week in advance by the store instructor
- It provides the functionality of online reports for roster planned, holiday summary, OT calculations to both HR and store manager
- It also helps the HR management system to get the employees details store wise
- Easy maintenance of employee attendance and helps to generate payroll based on actual working period (track down to hourly basis), their OTs, leaves.
- Availability of planned information for individual employee in advance for a week store by store.
- Accurate calculations of actual work done by employee at the store removed human errors
