iMRO is HCL’s solution for airline maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), and works in conjunction with SAP. It is the only solution for airlines that utilizes SAP for MRO. Implementing iMRO reduces custom development time, costs and risks in deploying SAP for MRO. iMRO helps integrate MRO operations with airline operations including sales, engineering, planning, operations, supply chain, financials and human resources. By implementing iMRO an airline can achieve higher aircraft utilization (through increased reliability) and higher efficiencies (by increasing collaboration, supplier visibility, and automating compliance and audit processes). iMRO can also help reduce inventory costs by transforming the supply chain into a fully optimized services parts network. iMRO can be used in the areas of maintenance operations, supply chain management, sales and marketing and back office MRO. Digital Traveler

This is a framework developed by HCL that enables airport operators adopt state-of-the-art technologies to enhance traveler experience, while at the same time increasing the operator’s non-air revenues. The framework uses real time and location-based information to provide travellers with information about facilities and services in an airport that is most relevant and convenient to them, on their smart phones. Smart Assist

This is a mobile platform that enables airlines to generate ancillary revenue or positively impact the customer’s experience by providing relevant offers on their smart phones. Offers are sent to customers in various ways, including bar coded coupons. Airlines can offer a diverse set of coupons and can use a customer’s location to make the offers more relevant. These coupons can be used as incentives to drive additional revenue or gestures of goodwill when a customer has a poor experience. Read more

Mobile Key

This framework allows hotels to enable their guests use their smart phones as room keys. Guests can choose to proceed straight to their room upon arrival and securely open their door using their smart phone. The framework can integrate existing back-end systems like CRM, reservations, and others, with the access control system.
