• The customer's mission to provide mass rapid transit passenger service along the main high-density travel corridors in Singapore to satisfy the needs of the traveling public for a safe, reliable and user-friendly MRT system at competitive fares was hindered due to lack of an automated system

• SAP R/3 was implemented for the automation of the maintenance functions
