Improving Business Performance through Enterprise Collaboration

Aparna Bhatia works with the HCL ETS-ECMP Solutions CoE as a Consultant in the Collaboration domain. She has functional experience on Content management products such as FileNet, Documentum and Portal products such as SharePoint. She has been involved in many implementation projects internally as well as for external clients. Currently, she is associated with the Solutions CoE and has been involved in developing the Enterprise Collaboration Portal Solution. She is also actively involved in many business development and consulting projects for Collaboration and Portals. She has been participating in conceptualizing, strategizing and building the Roadmap for Collaboration solutions in ETS-ECMP practice.

With a Masters Degree in Business Administration, she is an active member of associations such as AIIM and IIBA.

She has executed several assignments for customers across Banking, Manufacturing and Healthcare verticals, and is currently based out of India.

Ashu Govil has have around 14 yrs of experience in Information Management, Workflow & Portal technologies across various domain/industries. He leads the ECMP Consulting & Solutions team of ETS-ECMP business unit. He has delivered various transformational projects for large enterprises in banking, insurance and public service domain. He has also been involved in business & IT consulting that involves defining ECM implementation roadmap, enterprise reference architecture, business process transformation and platform consolidation strategy.

In his current role, he is responsible for developing and marketing business solutions with support from Sales team. Key objective is to reduce the time of market for our customers and address business challenges faced by our customers through innovative solutions. Few of the solutions that he is focussing currently are - framework for content and web site migration, enterprise collaboration platform and industry specific case management solutions. He is also responsible for collaboration with product vendors for support in development and GTM strategy for solutions. He has done Senior Management Program from IIM Calcutta after his Masters in Computer Science and Applications.
