HCL Recognized as Leader by Everest PEAK Assessments 2018 for Consumer Banking in Digital Services
Everest Group recently released a report titled “Navigating from Front to Back – Digital Services for Consumer Banking PEAK Matrix™ Assessment 2018 and Profiles Compendium”. This report analyses the changing dynamics of the digital services in consumer banking landscape and assesses service providers across several key dimensions.
As part of this report, Everest Group assessed 22 Digital Service Providers, which have been featured on the Digital Services for Consumer Banking PEAK Matrix™ and classified them into Leaders, Major Contenders & Aspirants. The PEAK Matrix is a framework that provides an objective, data-driven and competitive assessment of service providers based on their vision, capability and market impact.
