IDC recently published their latest Vendor Profile mentioning about HCL and its key factors to success in the NORDIC market. In IDC’s opinion, the India-headquartered global services company HCL Technologies has grown its footprint in the Nordic technology services market significantly. The satisfaction ratings of HCL clients in the Nordic rose to an all-time high compared with year-end 2015. In view of recent large client wins that typically result in complex transitions, an increase in client satisfaction shows attention to details and focus on client requirements by HCL.
