Dr. Narendra Singh Bhati is Director, Migration and System Integration for Financial Services at HCL Technologies Ltd., Infrastructure Services Division. He is leading Datacenter Transformation and Migration for various HCL customers. He has recently completed a billion NOK Application Migration Programme at DNB Norway AS, which is one of the largest and most complex IT project in Nordics. Before this he led a USD250 Million Application Migration Program at AstraZeneca which was awarded the IT project of the year by Information Week as well as British Charted IT group.
20+ years of experience in Service Delivery, Solution Architecture and Program Management for IT Infrastructure Support, System Integration, Transformation and Application Migrations. Demonstrated experience in managing multiple customers across US, Europe and APAC for wide range of verticals including Life sciences, Manufacturing, Retail, Telecom, BFSI, Services, Hi-Tech.
Narendra is currently leading Migration and System Integration SMEs for Financial Services customers globally. Supporting customers in Change and Transformation Program by Risk Assessment, Solution Design, Business case preparation, establishing Disaster Recovery, Datacentre audit & design, Datacentre build, Server consolidation, Application migration, establish Enterprise Architecture board and setup Innovation practices.
Narendra was Service Line Head for Datacentre services before taking this assignment and used to support all HCL customers in EMEA region. He led the team of transformation champions across EMEA and guided them for successful delivery of Transformation and Migration projects. He was part of steering group for these projects and worked CIOs and CTOs to define the IT change and provide governance during the implementation.
He is Bachelors in Engineering and Masters in Information Systems, Narendra is also Masters in Finance and PhD in Organisation Strategy. This helps him guiding customer CXOs in driving IT Change and Transformation to enable Business improvement by identification and removal of IT waste.
