Women Connect is a collaborative network, which aims to advocate an inclusive and gender-neutral work environment where every individual has the opportunity to contribute, suggest policies, and lead change initiatives. Women Connect enhances a woman’s individual and professional growth, which in turn contributes to the success of our company. It facilitates the sharing of best practices, creating role models for change, and building a pipeline of gifted women leaders. Symphony Network for Cultural Assimilation
In order to ‘live inclusivity’, ideapreneurs are put through sensitizing workshops and given access to tools that helps them sustain and build relationships based on mutual trust and respect. We have multiple sites in our intranet and social portals for employees to blog about their cultural experiences and learn from each other.
Employees can report any discriminatory/harassment in the work place through SECURE, which is a Prevention of Sexual Harassment Workplace initiative. Any suggestions/ situations relating to code of conduct can be shared with email@example.com, a forum to help employees manage ethical dilemmas.
We are a member of the World Economic Forum and active in the task force relating to gender parity and social upliftment. Furthermore, we conduct a series of panel discussions on 'Rebalancing the Workplace for Sustainability', to discuss and leverage diversity for tomorrow's company every year.
Heritage Months: We recognize the contributions of our employees across geographies, by marking Heritage months. We celebrate ‘Black History’ month and 'Hispanic Heritage' month with a themed series of programs representing the importance of these cultures and recognizing the significant achievements made by these communities to the society. Moreover, the celebrations educate our employees on the heritage and customs followed by people from different cultures.
