Directions is our annual company-wide event that takes strategic discussions out of closed-door meetings. It provides employees with the opportunity to interact with our CEO and leadership team and imbibe their entrepreneurial spirit. The CEO and the leadership team present at these meetings share the vision and strategy of the company as well as respond to questions in interactive sessions.
This forum allows everyone in HCL to speak the same language and understand how their individual contributions fit in a larger organizational framework.
We understand that giving back to the community is important. We want our employees to get involved whether it’s rolling up their sleeves and giving their time, or donating to a worthy cause. Our employees participate and give back through various programs that we organize to serve the community.
