Senior Human Resource Representative

Job Description:  

Involved in the onboarding and introduction of the onsite employees and assists in processing the related paperwork. Informs employees of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities. Maintains the employment records related to hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions. Maintains human resources documents such as organizational charts, employee handbooks, or performance evaluation forms. Analyzes the company's unique staffing needs and resourcing concerns. Assists the Recruiting Managers in the hiring process and escalates critical tasks to ensure timely fulfillment. Keeps an eye out for areas of improvement to optimally meet the Human Resource department's targets. Ensures statutory compliance regarding employee transactions. Requires travel/relocation throughout the U.S.


Job Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Engineering (any), Management Information Systems, or related field. Requires 5 years experience in Human Resources or related field. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Requires travel/relocation throughout the U.S.
