Technical Specialist - C++
Job Summary
As a Technical Specialist in C++, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering innovative products and solutions that align with the organization s objectives. This position requires a deep expertise in C++ and related technologies to lead a team towards successful product and sustenance delivery while ensuring adherence to defined standards and quality benchmarks.
- Key Responsibilities
1. Architect, Design, And Develop C++ Solutions For Product And Project Delivery To Meet Client Specifications And Ensure High-Quality Outputs From The Team.
2. Provide Subject Matter Expertise (Sme) In C++ Development, Offering Strategic Guidance And Support Throughout The Project Lifecycle.
3. Stay Updated With Emerging Technologies And Trends In The C++ Domain To Ensure Solutions Are Current, Effective, And Compliant With Industry Standards.
4. Mentor And Train Team Members In C++ And Related Technologies, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Learning And Skill Enhancement To Mitigate Delivery Risks.
5. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather Specifications And Deliver Tailored Solutions That Are Aligned With Client Needs And Operational Goals.
6. Review And Validate Project Deliverables, Ensuring They Meet The Required Standards And Quality Expectations Before Client Submission.
7. Identify And Recommend Initiatives For Client Value Creation, Implementing Industry Best Practices In C++ Development To Enhance Productivity And Efficiency.Skill Requirements
1. Excellent Proficiency In C++ Programming, With A Solid Understanding Of Embedded Systems And Application Development.
2. Strong Knowledge Of Windows Development Environments And Associated Tools.
3. Familiarity With Software Design Patterns And Architecture Principles.
4. Proven Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
5. Experience In Leading And Mentoring Teams In A Technical Capacity.Certification
1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified C++ Programmer (Cpp), Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Or Relevant C++ Development Certifications.
Kompensation & Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
