Provides state-of-the-art medical equipment to GIMS, Greater Noida

NOIDA, India, Oct 28, 2025 — HCLFoundation, which drives the corporate social responsibility agenda of global technology company HCLTech in India, has provided advanced medical equipment to the Government Institute of Medical Sciences (GIMS), Greater Noida, furthering the UP Government’s vision to improve healthcare access and strengthen medical infrastructure in the region.

The state-of-the-art medical equipment provided by HCLFoundation includes:

  • High Energy Inductive Therapy System (3 Tesla): Supports deep tissue healing and pain relief.
  • Intermittent Compression Therapy Unit: Helps manage swelling and improve circulation.
  • Computerized Balance Evaluation and Training System: Aids neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
  • High Power Laser Therapy Unit: Enables advanced pain management and faster recovery.
  • DEXA Scan: Facilitates bone health assessment and early detection, diagnosis, and management of osteoporosis and other metabolic bone disorders.

The new equipment will enhance pain management, sports injury rehabilitation and bone health diagnostics, further strengthening the clinical capabilities of GIMS and will benefit approximately over 30,000 patients annually from Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi-NCR and nearby regions.
