Training Funds - Terms & Conditions

Customers can use their Training Funds for Enterprise Software Training direct offerings and select Enterprise Studio-approved third-party offerings. Training Fund discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers or promotions.

Customer is responsible for ensuring that all registrations and orders are correctly identified to Enterprise Studio and that only authorized people within customer's organization utilize the agreement.

Training Funds are valid for consumption for 1 year from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise. Any unused funds at expiration are forfeited and no extension beyond expiration is permitted.

Standard Enterprise Studio Education terms and conditions apply to Enterprise Studio course cancellations, student withdrawals and on site or private delivery cancellations and changes.

Walk-In Policy

Attendance in any Enterprise Studio Education course is by pre-registration only. Enterprise Studio by HCL Technologies reserves the right not to admit any person who has not pre-registered for a Enterprise Studio Education course. A confirmation letter will be issued as your proof of registration. HCL Technologies disclaims any liability for any costs and expenses incurred by non-admittance.

Short Notice Class Request

The standard lead-time to set up and deliver an on-site or private class is approximately two weeks. Enterprise Studio Education will be more than happy to entertain more urgent class requests from our clients.

Prerequisites

Students are required to meet the necessary technical prerequisites as stated in the course descriptions. Fulfillment of prerequisites ensures that classes progress at the planned pace and that everyone derives the maximum benefit from them. If you have not attended a prerequisite course, your job experience may qualify you. If you have specific questions, please contact us.

Cancellations

If Enterprise Studio cancels an Enterprise Studio public class in which you enrolled worldwide:

Enterprise Studio makes every effort to teach scheduled classes, but occasionally unforeseen circumstances arise such as instructor emergencies, location issues or low enrollment. If Enterprise Studio postpones your class, we will provide you with as much advance notice as reasonably possible under the circumstance-in most cases, 10 business days. Once you are notified of a class cancellation, you have the right to reschedule or request credit. Please keep this policy in mind as you make travel arrangements, as Enterprise Studio is not liable for non-refundable travel costs.

North America

Cancelling your public class enrollment:

If you are unable to attend a class for which you are enrolled, please provide Enterprise Studio with as much advance notice as possible to help us meet our class schedules.

The following explains the class cancellation charge policy for our public events:

  • If you cancel 11 or more business days prior to class start, no charges incurred.
  • If you cancel 10 business days or fewer prior to class start, you will be charged 100% of the class fee.
  • If you register during the cancellation period, the policy is in effect immediately.

Cancelling your private or on-site class enrollment:

If you are unable to hold your scheduled on-site/private class, please provide Enterprise Studio with as much advance notice as possible to help us meet our class schedules.

The following explains the class cancellation charge policy for our private or on-site events:

  • If you cancel 16 or more business days prior to class start, no charges incurred.
  • If you cancel 15 business days or fewer prior to class start, you will be charged 100% of the class fee.
  • If you register during the cancellation period, the policy is in effect immediately.
