What You Can Expect

  • A Dashboard reporting module that supports tablet devices: Our out-of-the-box dashboard reporting module supports mobile accessibility. It is built using SaaS technology so that dashboards can be viewed on a tablet from anywhere in your organization – providing up-to-date information about the program in the board room, and during staff meetings.
  • Staff Functions: The solution provides a tablet front-end to respond to ‘to-dos’ and mail, and can provide reporting from anywhere on the network. This serves the workstation cord. Armed with a tablet, staff can help claimants file for DUA anywhere without needing to transcribe paper applications. Because mobile networks are some of the first infrastructure components to get back online after a disaster, you can service claimants more quickly.
  • Mobile device support for claimants: The claimant mobility module gives claimants access to their account from anywhere. It provides them with the ability to check on transactions and view the status of their account and benefit payments. Claimants are no longer bound to have to file weekly certifications/claims from a personal computer or through the IVR.
  • Mobile device support for employers: The solution provides employers with access to functions that can be performed easily on a hand-held device. Employers can view alerts and action items associated with their accounts.
