Requirements / Qualifications

  • Graduate with desktop management experience
  • 2- 8 years of domain experience
  • Experience in troubleshooting offering hardware and software support
  • Ability to solve complex problem
  • Willing to work in shifts

L1 Analyst

L2 Administrators


L1 Analyst

  • Responsible for attending the calls/Issues reported by the end user
  • Troubleshooting to understand and streamline the issue to its core (i.e. Hardware, Software, Applications, Network, Voice, Security, Antivirus, Mailing services etc)
  • Coordination with the Network team for LAN port activation, IP Address configuration, handling IP conflict issues, share folder access, share folder Mapping, basic knowledge in Static IP activity (Port/ MAC bind)
  • Should have knowledge on installation of Desktop/Laptop with OS like Windows7, XP, also should be able to do the recovery of OS by taking care of user data
  • Should have basic knowledge on Servers and able to install and troubleshoot the application
  • Attend the call immediately once the call is logged in the Service Desk tool
  • Close calls within SLA and timely remarks to be updated with justification and no repeat call


L2 Administrators

  • Provide specialized hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution for customer’s end users (specialized Office Support / Blackberry / VPN)
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and support staff that provide hardware / software / network problem resolution
  • Administer and provide User Access and Exit controls
  • Experience in Administration of Macintosh base environment
  • Experience in supporting production environment comprising of MAC machines
  • Good hands on experience on MAC OSX Snow Leopard, OS Lion, Mountain Lion & Mavericks
  • In depth knowledge of Apple Mac client and server operating systems
  • Client Management tools such as Apple Remote Desktop, Deploy Studio, Package maker, FileWave & Casper would be a plus
  • Should be able to manage Open / Active Directory integration
  • Knowledge of Scripting, programming and other languages (Python, Ruby, C, C++, Objective C) would be a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Windows base
