Job description:
To create, assign and track the project [module] work plans for delivery and also provide technical guidance for work completion.
- Evaluate and mentor existing Scrum teams, and deliver training classes for product owners, developers, and testers.
- Design and support full Agile transformation roll-outs including usage of appropriate Enterprise Agile framework and usage of relevant team-level Agile methodologies.
- Ensure adoption of DevOps tools and practice and enable its implementation enterprise wide.
- Be responsible for product backlog planning, coordination and documentation by working closely with customer business teams and coaching them to adopt good Agile practices
- Help management at all levels of the organization to understand the benefits of working agile
- Define success criteria and continuously measure and prove effectiveness of Agile implementation against the success criteria defined.
