Integration Operations L3 - SAG Webmethods – SAG APITechnical Requirement Strong Technical experience in following Technologies• SAG Integration server v 10.3• SAG Universal Messaging v10.3• CA API Gateway v9.4 / SAG API• SAG message Broker• Minimum of 5+ years of Experience in Integration operations support • Must have worked with large customers • Eager to learn new technologies, Tools, cloud migrationGeneral Requirement• Willingness to work in 24/7 shift environment (Including nights, weekends and holidays)• Strong trouble shooting skills • Ability to work well under- pressure within high performance driven environment• Very good communication skills (both written and verbal).• Understanding of ITIL methodology and processes.• Up-to date technical knowledge • Root cause analysis preparation, meeting SLA• Service/client centric approach. (1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing incident & problem management (3.) To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team (4.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases (5.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
