QUALIFICATION:
To be responsible for managing operations, performance to client expectations, policy adherence and meeting or exceeding both organization & client objectives. (1.) To act as an SME & drive all program systems, processes to ensure that production & quality expectations are achieved and client contractual requirements are met. (2.) To be responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning, & directing work, appraising performance, operational efficiencies and resolving problems at a program or client level. (3.) To coach & mentor team (including Account specialist), train associates, maintain program-related job aids, and internal/external communications to various stakeholders.
(4.) To ensures all related administrative forms & reports (e.g. : payroll, associate time-tracking, attendance reports) are complete. (5.) To manage Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Check (QC) process reference documentation, preparing QA reports, track execution of QA/QC targets and control quality of the process documentation. (6.) To responds to, and comply with any investigations, audits, periodic reviews and client standard operating procedures (SOPs)
