QUALIFICATION:
JD: MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES ====================The M&A Project Manager is responsible for managing, end to end, the Hosting (IHS) and Connectivity (Topaz) components of the AveXis, AAA and Project Green integration programs. The PM will also be responsible to integrate with the EUX/File services team to deploy the necessary underlying NAS infrastructure (virtual or physical) to support the deployment of Novartis standard file share services along with other Novartis standardized connectivity and hosting solutions. • Program Integration (e.g., Coordination with other areas of the M&A AveXis, AAA and Project Green for Master Planning of detailed execution plan );• Project Components include—but are not limited to—site deployment plans, service readiness checklists which include the key deliverables to ensure the end–to–end deployment of standardized Novartis IHS and Topaz solutions • Technical components (e.g., work with Service Line engineering teams and/or M&A Tiger team as needed to build, deploy and transition to BAU the AveXis, AAA and Project Green hosting / TOPAZ implementations;• Support AveXis, AAA and Project Green teams in transitioning to BAU services (e.g., identify and communicate training needs to use Novartis standard services such as (but not limited to) Service Now for Hosting and Connectivity services • Work with various teams to deploy standard solutions at AveXis, AAA and Project Green sites• End to End solution includes such functions as (but not limited to)• C-Layer procedures to move backup data to O or P layers to enable data protection process• Archive and backup processes • Monitoring and Alerting processes• Ticket handling workflow for incidents, service request and restore requests • Backup success reporting processes• Handover to BAU (e.g., ensure processes are in place to execute knowledge transfer from project team to run and operate team; perform project handover checklist review and subsequent project closedown) RESPONSIBILITIES:==============• Manage and represent the project from start-up to completion utilizing industry best practice and current Novartis methodologies and tools. • Develop Execution project charters as needed• Deveop planning charters for solutions that need further evaluation• Plan and organize the project, allocate internal and/or external resources to accomplish project tasks and lead the project staff. • Be responsible for achieving the project objectives. • Communicate with all project stakeholders and managers of assigned project staff. • Manage quality, timeliness and cost of the deliverables. • Report project status and issues where help is needed to the M&A IHS SPOC who will raise up issues to the M&A program team • Collaborate with Security, Compliance and Legal, ensuring proper project governance and controls. • Compliance
