Job description:

As a Senior Native Mobile App Developer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering high-quality mobile applications. This position involves maintaining existing features, troubleshooting issues, and implementing new functionalities based on client and business requirements. Your technical expertise in iOS development and proficiency in Swift and Objective-C will drive innovation and ensure that our mobile solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
- Strong understanding of Mobile Application Architecture and Design Patterns
- Familiarity with CMMI Documentation Standards and Practices
- Basic knowledge of Client Interaction and Support Processes
Detailed Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance existing mobile applications, troubleshoot bugs, and resolve ad-hoc requests using Swift and Objective-C to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Provide client support by presenting application data and resolving tickets, while monitoring client requirements to ensure timely delivery of tasks aligned with quality standards.
- Create and maintain documentation related to enhancements and CMMI requirements, ensuring clarity and compliance with client and internal standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering skill development and best practices in native mobile app development.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather and analyze requirements for new development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
