Job description:
Spring Boot Senior Technical Lead with Kafka
Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead specializing in spring boot and Kafka will be responsible for leading technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of solutions using these technologies. They will play a key role in architecting and delivering high-quality, scalable, and efficient systems.
1. Lead and guide technical teams in the development and implementation of projects using spring boot and kafka.
2. Design and architect robust and scalable solutions based on business requirements.
3. Ensure best practices are followed in coding, testing, and deployment processes.
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
5. Provide technical expertise and mentorship to team members.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in spring boot and kafka applications.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficient in spring boot framework for building microservices and web applications.
2. Strong experience in working with apache kafka for building real-time data processing applications.
3. In-depth knowledge of java programming language.
4. Familiarity with cloud services and microservices architecture.
5. Ability to lead and mentor technical teams effectively.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Certifications: Certification in Spring Boot and Kafka will be an added advantage.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
